AEL Span AELSpan

AEL Span has launched RTL.NET Warehouse Management System in two of its locations as of November 28, 2018. (Belleville, MI and Louisville, KY). AEL Span offers customized supply chain solutions for automotive, electronics, and consumer goods. Solutions include warehousing, transportation, and logistics. AEL Span is also using RTL.NET's Sequencing Module.


Atturo is a tire brand dedicated to the SUV, Cross Over and light truck market segment. Atturo designs and distributes stylishly aggressive tires that meet your needs both on and off road. Atturo Tire’s commitment to continuous improvement and innovation can be seen in our product line and our having built lasting relationships with customers, strategic partners, and dealers around the globe.


In December 2017, Holbrook launched RTL.NET in its Highland Park, MI Warehouse. Holbrook and RT are currently rolling out RTL to all 4 of their retail locations as well. RTL.NET manages receiving, put away, picking, auto replenishment to store locations, transfers to retail store locations and forecasted/recommended purchases from vendors. In December 2018 Holbrook will be rolling out its new Ecommerce website. RT has connected Holbrook’s part master data to aftermarket automotive standards and will be providing real time on hand available inventory by location for counter personnel.


For more than 40 years Town Fair Tire has been selling name brand tires at discount prices. Town Fair Tire has 99+ locations in Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine.


Mavis Tire (including Kauffman, STS, Cole, Suburban, and Weldon Tire) has approximately 1,000 retail stores located in the North East, South East, and South West regions of the US (12 States). Mavis launched RTL.NET as their first distribution center in Millwood NY in Februrary 2011. In October 2018, Mavis launched RTL.NET at their main SE distribution center in Buford, GA. Mavis utilizes narrow aisle racking with wire guided pickers. RTL.NET is used to pick routes in reverse stop sequence by store in addition to managing cross dock shipments between stores at the DC's. Mavis also launched RT's Transportation Management System (TMS) in June 2011 and is currently managing the entire delivery loop from DC to stores and back to DC. As of November 2018, RTL.NET is in place at four Mavis Distribution Centers and seven satellite warehouses.


Located in Cadillac, MI, Training Mask provides althletic training equipment that simulates high altitude training.


Black's Tire is a local, family owned & operated company serving North Carolina and South Carolina since 1929. RTL.NET is managing inventory at four Black’s Tire Distribution Centers in Whiteville, Durham, Statesville and Charlotte, all located in North Carolina.


Penske Logistics is a third party logistics provider that utilizes RTL at numerous dedicated contract logistic facilities that service diverse clients such as General Motors, Ford, Lear, Eaton, KB Homes, and Alcoa. A single customized version of RTL is used at all of these sites with system based configuration parameters built in to provide targeted functionality for each site.


Jack Williams Tire is a retail auto tire distributor with 27 locations in Pennsylvania. Jack Williams implemented RTL and reduced overtime by 15-20 hours per employee (equivalent of 5 people). Employee pick efficiency went from 30 tires per person per hour to 150 while warehouse density saw a 37.5% improvement. Ty, maker and distributor of Beanie Babies utilizes RTL at their distribution center in Bolingbrook, Illinois. RTL manages the reserve stock inventory in this facility, and provides direction to store and replenishment activities.


Android Industries provides just in time sequencing services to automotive OEMs. Android has used SVSi in 6 Plant Locations. Using SVSi Android has been able to reduce errors to less than 6 parts per million (PPM).
